We had a burning/smokey smell coming out of our heating unit this morning. We called the Universal Emergency Service number and left a message. Within 20 minutes we received a call back from Steffen. After discussing over the phone he promptly headed over to our house, was there within the hour. Steffen was very professional and friendly, immediately went under the house and identified that the fan motor was burning out. He was able to replace it immediately.
Additionally we have been looking for a service provider for a while, so Steffen was able to sign us up immediately plus give us the 10% service discount on the work just performed.In reviewing the units for the service I explained a problem we have been having that has never been fixed after a number of visits from other providers. He indicated he knew what the problem was, walked me through it, and identified that it would be fixed as part of the next service visit, inclusive in the cost of the service plan.
