On Monday evening I noticed a strange sound coming from my outside compressor and the whole unit shut off. My 70 year old mother stays with me and she uses oxygen so AC is a necessity not a luxury secondary to her health. I called and left a message with a company recommended by my neighbor but they would not be able to come until Wednesday.

I called Kim at 8 a.m. and explained the situation. She said someone would be able to come today when they were free. I was thinking they would not be able to come until the afternoon so I made arrangements to have my mother stay somewhere else where she could be more comfortable. I was pleasantly shocked when Kim called at about 10 a.m. and said Stefan would be there in 5 or 10 minutes. He arrived and within 30 minutes my AC was up and running again. I would definitely recommend Universal to anyone and will be using them again in the future. It is always a pleasure to deal with a company with such wonderful customer service.
